Weaving methods: Plain weave, Twill weave or Dutch weave.
Stainless steel is wear-resisting, heat-resisting, and corrosion resisting. Just because of these characteristics, the wire mesh made of stainless steel is extensively used in mining, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.
Our stainless steel wire mesh products are generally made of stainless steel Type 302, Type 304, Type 304L, Type 316, Type 316L etc. We produce wire cloth in all kinds of forms. The weaving is determined according to our customers, specific requirements, such as the material, the wire diameter, the size of the mesh, width and length.
Plain weave: This is the most commonly used weave. Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter.
Twill weave: Each weft wire passes over two and under two warp wires, and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. The wire diameter for both(warp and weft)is mostly the same.
